Tokyo Daijingu, Chiyoda

4.1
One of the five major Shinto shrines in Tokyo, Tokyo Daijingu enshrines Amaterasu the sun goddess, an ancestral deity of the imperial family. Built in 1880 by the Meiji emperor so that anyone could receive Amaterasu’s legendary blessing without going for a pilgrimage to faraway Isa Grand Shrine, the place grew in popularity as a love shrine. Mostly visited by women, the temple supposedly offers visitors success in relationships and marriage, hence the many love and romance amulets around the complex. Perched on a small hilltop, the shrine can be reached in 10 minutes on foot from Iidabashi station. Put Tokyo Daijingu at the forefront of your travel plans using our Tokyo tour planner.

Iidabashi, two nights after whenever we have to worship. First day on weekdays for lunch when I visited. Was your prayer. I am the one who did. There is your prayer every 30 minutes. Fill out the form, give you wrap the firstfruits cost. There is a waiting room until the time wait over there. It is safe because Miko tell these steps carefully. Priest also very helpful. Could families but was not affected by prayer with you can be together. 二日 eye on weekdays 3:00 PM, lining up for visits. There are women. The third day was a holiday. Bracken had gone out. Cold and delicious. Just the wedding ceremony was done. Was seen in the distance but foreign visitors came up many years ago, the video had been taken. They keep being careful in the front, somewhat disgusting. Cultural differences and, perhaps,. Amulet type is rich. How beautiful it is. Also the iitomi Inari Shinto blessings is likely. Also I thought you we worship.

It is a branch of the ISE. ISE Naiku and geku has spacious, but seems not that in prime locations in the metropolitan area. Bon as was scheduled, visited, was in the turret. Interesting juxtapositions, but strangely comfy like feel.

Early in the morning, so depending on the time of day and the shrine is made outside the gate of the column is most recommended. Exquisite, beautifully managed balance of trees and buildings. Red secondary cake to eat. Your prayer is recommended. Leading up to the temple room or space is kind of history, was impressed. Pretty women like charm I think too many features here.

I visited on Jan 2nd around 5:30pm, but line to exist there was insane! So I went to Kagurazaka for early dinner to kill time and revisit after 7:30pm. There were still people there, but no line! No hustle! Tokyo Daijingu is famous for love. I heard my friend met someone after she visited Tokyo Daijingu ;)

The waiting in line to get into the shrine is insanely long... they have prepared a very long lane for waiting so this is a regular thing for them.

Tokyo dai jingu is established in Meiji period. This shrine is renowned as God of marriage therefore many women come to worship. If you want to meet nice partner I recommend to go here.

Its glittering skyscrapers house numerous international four- and five-star hotels, both in the populous cultural hotspots of Shinjuku and in the business centers of Akasaka and Shinbashi.
