  • I am happy to found this Muji store in Ginza Tokyo. It is a great place to shop. All the Japanese staffs were polite.Unfortunately, I faced some tax free calculation problems after I purchased some goods on 26th of Feb. So I went back to the store next day. I need someone who can explain to me in english, so the Japanese staffs sent another male staff who knows english who is short and with rare hair. I believe that the male staff is not Japanese. I felt very disappointed about the attitude of the male staff. He served me in a non professional manner, very rude and without patient. At the end he not even solve the problems, but insisted that there is no problems with my receipt. He throwed me back the receipt rudely. Because of him, it really messed up my whole trip in Japan.I hope the company should send this employee to have further customer service training.
  • This is one of the bigger Muji shop with excellent selection and a huge cafe!! casual and relaxing dining room makes it a good resting place after walking in Ginza for hours!! Less than 200 feets from Yurakucho JR station, very easy to find.
  • Features a Muji model house, a rather nice open plan cafe and more simple clothing and homewares than you can shake a simple, plain, well made stick at. As of Dec 2015, also stocks a tonne of Japanese books
  • I come to Tokyo often for biz. This is one of my favorite stops for clothes, home goods, and lots more. It's a no nonsense design of all they retail. Clever tools to make home life easier too.
  • Must visit for any MUJI fans. Big space and complete products will not let you down. Easy to shopping and relax without any pressure. Will visit every time when come to Tokyo.
