  • Week 1 is running. Round about 5 kilometers and Tokyo sightseeing a little cut, because we can run while watching the moat around the Imperial Palace and trees. Feels so good. So equipped around a runner for locker and shower facilities, clothing hire, go empty-handed. Evening after workers employed after runners ran first becomes lively.

  • Spot when you have time to visit Tokyo is the Tokyo Imperial Palace running course. Cherry blossom season in April, night Ginza at night in the Tokyo station, true to the front. And tourism course and slope can be forged by the body, even one stone 3 bird spot. All close running stations and have excellent after dinner spot are the best things!
