  • Another crazy neighborhood:-) The crack there of the electronics stores with new and second hand stuff, restaurants where you by "maiden" (girls in crazy sailors packs) is operated and stores where you of everything in the field of manga, cartoon dolls can buy. You come here to tax free shopping, then don't forget your Passport! Then you get your discount at checkout and that can (provided you are well prepared by home and know what you want to buy) a nice amount care
