  • I've traveled a lot, and this would be my favorite airport of all time. If you have a flight, come maybe 4 5 hours early! There's so much shopping to do and great food. Royce world! They have great selection of chocolates you can't get anywhere else. They even have an onsen here. If I came to visit again, I could probably live at the airport and be perfectly satisfied. Totally worth it!
  • I absolutely love this airport for its amenities. Good restaurants and souvenirs shops. I especially like the sea urchin you can buy right in the main shopping area and take back with you to Tokyo..
  • Probably one of the best airport in the world to spend a few hours, and the only one in which I've discovered a Doraemon theme park, a fully functioning chocolate factory, two cinemas, an onsen, spa and outdoor viewing gallery. The part of the airport that is actually an airport turns out to be quite small! But nevertheless pretty efficient.
  • I could stay at this airport for a couple of days for sure, enjoying stores, restaurants, and a bath. I was so sad that I had only a few hours before departure. Do not worry that you forget to eat or buy something from Sapporo since you can still have chances to try those things here.
  • This is - quite probably - one of the best airports to hang out in. Restaurants galore (w/ awesome ramen. Because...Sapporo), a full-on chocolate factory, all the Doraemon you could ever want, a fish market (really!), and a whole bunch more. It is brilliant! (For bonus points, a Kintoya Bake outlet, w/ the best soft-serve you'll ever have)
