  • So not much known in the confusing signs please use navigation. Had hurried tourists and very smooth. However I think to walk away too long, bad feet. Even if it were fine on the surface Kuchiki and reflection of the views are very fantastic scenery. We recommend you come to go.

  • I have seen snow only in winter and no... Why don't you go thinking and light up the winter limited edition! From biei station is about 20 minutes by bus. It is good to go. There was scenery seen only in the winter, but didn't look blue, of course in the snow. Also spring-fall visit.

  • Perhaps we were spoilt. The blue water in the northern part of Honshu is natural, crystal clear and stunning. The water of the blue pond is concreted in by dam walls, and was cloudy making the water closer to torquoise then blue. It may have been caused by heavy rain but we were far from impressed by this attraction. Do yourself a favour and get to the national park just south of Aomori!
  • When I visit the pond, the weather is cloudy. I believe if the weather is good, the colour of the pond will be better. If time is not enough, I don't think it is must visit spot.
  • Nice pond. Not worth going. Nothing much
  • It was late when we arrive. So took some pics of the pond. A piry the pond was not well maintained n appeared dirty...took a few pics n we left
