  • Totally love the view of the Blue pond. Unfortunately it was a little too crowded during summer, but I guess it will never be free of people.

  • Has become a traffic jam, lots of cars from beauty Ying after 2015 when the silver is briefly seen parking area later after lining up "wow.! "And remember that voice came out. I had luckily access from Tokachi-Dake area immediately into the parking lot, but crowded enough to be aware. Travellers look a different sunny or overcast sky beauty is the beauty of the pond is now Needless to say, I thought. Come to the fair weather.

  • Perhaps we were spoilt. The blue water in the northern part of Honshu is natural, crystal clear and stunning. The water of the blue pond is concreted in by dam walls, and was cloudy making the water closer to torquoise then blue. It may have been caused by heavy rain but we were far from impressed by this attraction. Do yourself a favour and get to the national park just south of Aomori!
  • When I visit the pond, the weather is cloudy. I believe if the weather is good, the colour of the pond will be better. If time is not enough, I don't think it is must visit spot.
  • Nice pond. Not worth going. Nothing much
