Where to stay in Awaji

International visitors to Awaji tend not to stay in the town itself, but prefer instead to look around the coast of the island. A decent number of hotels boasting sea views, pools, and onsite restaurants lie along Awaji Island's perimeter; the most popular places to stay are the traditional ryokans, clustered around the hot springs.

  • We will continue in the afternoon on weekdays, and relatively empty. The Izanagi shrine "Izanagi Jingu" and read. Is kumanogongen over this area. Location aside, married couples and couples a blessing and also said the difficult. I'm not going to can, in the bustle of people less time and look slowly around, so again acknowledge each other in that time?

  • Sacred tree is fine, got around the back of the main building. Flows through the friendly, generous to me. Was going slowly, turned once again to visit. Bought a bottled water (water in this area is famous it seems) in the shop after the visit, beside the stinking Moss. But he doesn't care, I was drinking.
