  • I always love to find spots on my journeys which are not for everyone, and Takeda Castle Ruins was among them. On a good weather excellent views, and a bit of nice hiking. On a rainy day, also pretty ...  read more »
  • Go bus is not time and trail just kept walking. As people complain about grumbling, but conversely made the castle on the mountain impressed with it & so far to realize. In a large sunny views of the Castle looked good. Fall trap-and is too much rail was also one of the rather pricy so do not. That and wound to put heritage once installed. Feel and think that the castle was once here, but so is the original Castle have survived Castle, the Castle has been restored and is not feeling depth.

  • Micchu Pichu of Japan, very pretty. The weather was hot when I was there but sky was clear and you can see afar from the top of the hill. Would like to come when it is a little bit foggy.
  • Wonderful, amazing and beautiful place. This place is really amazing, that village below this ruin castle is really quiet and very clean, and also a lot of traditional house.!
  • Location is a bit out of the way but definitely well worth the trip. We travelled here from Himeji on the train and enjoyed the view of the mountains along the way. The walk up to the castle doesn't take too long but is quite steep. The view from the top is amazing and worth the effort. Unfortunately like most popular tourist attractions the place was full of tour groups.
  • Absolutely stunning view, even though we went on an non-foggy morning. Excellent place to visit while nearby.
  • Beautiful old ruins of the castel with a great view of the valley.
