  • Just visited this building to get some souvenirs. It was very quiet and I ended up buying stuff in and close to the station! You could hear "Nebuta festival's music" in the building which was great!  more »
  • Place was quite nice. We came here for the Christmas market but it was quite a wet evening with sleet, so didn't really get to enjoy.  more »
  • This is one of the centers in the city to get around from, it is more than just a tourist office, it has bus information and an office for other parts of the Aomori area.  more »
  • The inside feels older than the outside. On first floor, there are shops selling Aomori apple pies and other souvenirs. On 2nd floor, there's the tourist information centre. I asked some questions about an event but I didn't get a convincing answer. There are some seats upstairs with nice view.
  • The tourist information is located on the ground floor of the building that looks like a huge triangle. There are maps and info on Aomori city and the whole prefecture, what to do and where to visit. You can take the brochures with you. There is also info on what this prefecture is famous for and exhibits shown of laquerware pottery, textile design and other interesting products manufactured here.
  • Bottom floors have shops and restaurants with local produce as well as tourist information. Middle floors offices Top floor for panoramic views.
  • Great what and experience nice views of the area plus got to see the float for the matsuri.
  • 5 stars looking striking and being and iconic part of the Aomori downtown and port area. They have a nice big open area to chill in. Along with gift shops, kids play area and some local exhibits and food. So interesting looking u just feel compelled to look inside. It is the main local TOURISM information center. So lots of local info to share and see here.
