  • It is going to Aomori is a large aquarium, but why visit Aquarium. Dolphin made by watching the dolphins, is very good. You can feel and adoring staff would have been bred.

  • Down in the asamushi-Onsen station, arrived in a 10-minute walk. Feeding by seals and other marine mammal Pavilion, world's first Wolf PISCES baby breeding, keepers do many staff, such as performance, the dolphin show. Staff is very hard. In the big city aquarium people much too calm camera and can't here you can take. Home was a day I warmed by asamushi Onsen.

  • Not one of the larger aquariums but like many of its kind(local smaller capacity aquariums), this place has a nice story to tell and a certain friendliness that you may or may not appreciate. I liked the cute signs and descriptions including the ones about the otters. The Asamushi park surrounding the aquarium is quite beautiful too, especially on a rainy day. One of the sites to see in Aomori/Asamushi area for sure.
  • Dolphin show was cute but some of the fish exhibits looked overcrowded. Couldn't touch any fish though, was sad. Small place, make way here if time allows.
  • Had a really great time here. The aquarium has a great range of aquatic animals of all kinds, from all places ranging from the seas around Japan to streams the mountainous regions. The dolphin show was very entertaining with them performing many tricks, including "playing volleyball" with the audience. However, some exhibits look too small for the animals in them, particularly the seals and the sea turtles. One of the seals also seemed to be sick when we visited, and we saw it vomit. Hope it's just indigestion though. Overall, great place to bring kids to and a good day trip out of Aomori!
  • Cute dolphins. Aquarium itself isn't large and around 1.5h you can see everything.
  • The animal conditions are not respected. There are too many fishes for so tiny aquariums. So few natural plants, most of it is fake plants or just nothing.
