  • Went to see the leaves in mid-January 11, that leaves earlier than usual this year. After I saw the temple, hyakusai-ji Temple, and finally watched the big three and the Kongo Temple. You never arrived in Kongo Temple around noon so lots of people had come, parking is free and wait. It is the main gate and the walk from the parking lot big Lantern hanging on the first pass through the main gate and greets autumn. Looks like a go a little past the opening reception, Ming-in Temple is located on the left side, open door, so the pictures of leaves on the other side of the building. Go up the Hill Temple is enshrined jizo on both sides of the road. Installed railing in the middle of the road continuously, do u walk takes about 20 minutes. In the main hall, where you can admire such as goddess of mercy statue. There is a three-storied pagoda. Hall has a distance than I thought, I would have taken more than an hour at the very least opening hours.

  • One of the Lake. Wow goes up a few stone steps. Each side's thousands of jizo. It is a breathtaking views. Still flat at lax from-and. On the side of the Hall made it say blow the bloodstained leaves (deck, I discovered). Old three-storied pagoda was been dignified.

  • Were we trying to watch a last look at leaves and Mt. Middle Temple "kongorinji Temple". From the parking lot gate until the stone Causeway about 300 meters, as well as on both sides greeted jizo are thousands of Government, feel the impression of the famous Temple. It is, so you can feel the breath of history from the castle was of war fled to historic buildings. Leaves next to the main hall is called "the bloodstained leaves" as glossy and will soften the hearts of visitors. I think better parking distance near the temple car is like, but our prayers if you walked.

  • Too many upstairs and shadows
  • Very nice place but be ready to climb as there is a hill where you have to walk for about 300 meters.
  • This was a beautiful, worshipful place. We were the only visitors, which added to the ambience. Small grave stones of children lined the path way. Each was decorated by a colorful pinwheel in the spot for flowers. I liked this temple better than others that I visited because it lacked all the commercialism that surrounds so many of them. I am glad I went here.
  • Tendai matsumine mountain Kongo circle Temple Idol Shou-Kannon Bodhisattva Temple row based bodhisattva incision, 0/741 approach from countless jizo. Pay the admission fee: adult 600 yen per person at the reception desk. Speaking at the reception or on the cane, lame, go by car to the parking lot behind the main hall. Temple and pagoda and the foliage was beautiful stuff. Hondo was very quiet and calm atmosphere. You can see more than one Buddha directly. I had also published the Japanese pagoda. I see the Buddha directly, is happy.
