I called ahead before going to the Abokouamekro Game Reserve and spoke to the head park ranger. The park is open but apparently there aren't any animals left and haven't been since 2002,unfortunately. more »

My husband and I drove from Abidjan to where Google maps has Abokouamekro Game Reserve pinned one Saturday. The park is in fact not located where the GPS shows. Village people in the area didn't know.... more »
