  • Is a small art gallery, but the works of art are phenomenal. Be sure to view a painting of the deposition of Christ from the cross. Do not allow shooting inside the pinacoteca.

  • The very interesting collection of sacred art, located in the beautiful palazzo Minucci-Solaini, is exhibited in a few rooms on two floors in the same building also houses the Museum of Alabaster. When you enter and you are greeted by staff who were annoyed and listless, she's cold and takes refuge in the room next to the entrance, not from the information and does not have even material for consultation. Luckily it is repaid by the masterpieces that you can admire but with too many small descriptive signs. Madonnas by Taddeo di Bartolo, the Christ of "Ghirlandaio and Francesco Neri da Volterra and also" il Pomarancio "then Jacopo di Michele, Stefano di Antonio di Vanni, Neri di Bicci, Benvenuto di Giovanni, Donato Mascagni. ... ... And then the Lords in the last room and everything in that you are in front of the deposition by Rosso Fiorentino of 1521, In it you can admire an impressive modernity that reaches us, looks like Cubism or abstraction. «did capture the flashes of light that pierce the place, and blinded by shimmering red»». Who's next? Luca Signorelli "that requires other room absolutely" with 2 paintings in tempera on canvas signed and dated 1491, are the Annunciation and the Virgin enthroned with Saints who represent an important moment in the history of Italian art, "the ultimate pictorial Canon reached during the Renaissance, the wonder assails you and stay breathless and wouldn't want to leave." Recommend to start the visit from the 2° floor.
