  • This walled town, definitely of Byzantine origin, is one of the many points of defense that for centuries VI and VII were built to counter the Lombards and today it is still possible to locate the original Fort of quadrilateral shape with four cylindrical towers. You access within the village, very well maintained and cared for, by two monumental gates, in particular the southern gate of the 1500, rebuilt in 1700 with diamond rustication; the quiet walk allows visitors to enjoy beautiful palaces including the massive 17th-century village and the Church of the Marquis Abdurraheem joined by two elegant steps liaison aircraft. Particularly fascinating is the nearby thicket of thread in which seems to take place parties and meetings tribals already in early history and where were found numerous stone statues.

  • We visited in August, the week of medieval market every night in every square there is a different attraction, from fire eaters to fool you jacks. Excellent dining facilities managed by the Pro Loco, then dishes on the cheap
