  • I was pleasantly surprised by the village, because the castle is beautiful, too bad that can be visited only the first floor as on the ground floor there is a restaurant, the second a Brend and breakfast.

  • Like all the castles of the Duchy of Parma and Piacenza, also this is worth a visit for both the surrounding landscape to the Manor. The village though is small, as is limited the area open to visitors of the Castle (basically just the keep) so it's a visit that commits recently, which I recommend if you are already in the area and you want to fill a couple of hours. To complete the day you can also add a visit to the Museum of orsanti, more out of curiosity to learn this craft (which, personally, I had never heard of it) that for the exhibits

  • Tiny fortified village in the hills of Piacenza and Parma, where there are a castle, a church, a chapel, a restaurant, a hotel, a few houses and seven actual resident! Nice pieve di San Giorgio, the castle with the tower that can be accessed with an entrance fee. The roads are two, two squares. The charm and serenity. Beautiful and strategic recommended!
