Sono stato a questo acquapark spinto dalla pubblicità (il più grande d'Italia), abbiamo passato il 16 agosto qui in 5 con grandi aspettative ma le delusioni erano dietro l'angolo. Il parco non è male ... more »I was at this water park spurred by advertising (the biggest in Italy), we passed the 16 August 5 here with high expectations but the disappointments were around the corner. The Park is not bad but lives in the past, I will try to outline the pluses and minuses: Pros:-really great Park, you can choose to have a beach umbrella on the beach, meadow, Earth-so many slides, the Orange one is really unique, never seen anywhere else-very large pools-nice neighborhood kids-free parking-near the highway Against:-endless rows-Slides almost all the same--Slow unheard-of in manage files for slides with the rafts (almost all) , to make it clear: before starting the next boat expected about one minute from when the boat is out of the pool. They could do much better, at least to fix for next time people, so as to save time. -Staff very rude and totally disinterested, with a few exceptions-there is a costume shop in case you need-the bathrooms dirty pretty close at 18.30 while the Park closes at 19, then all flock to the only two bathrooms at the entrance to change or to go to the bathroom before returning resulting in immense separate male and female changing rooms-row only on paper very dirty, pretty unsettling-Park the day before apparently there was was a party and in the pools have been hundreds and hundreds of pieces of paper that made the bathwater-really excessive Cost: 23 euros--the headset was not mandatory, so it was easy to find hair everywhere-the worst thing is the very low availability of lounge chairs than guests, already at the opening was a race to find free deck-structure Maintenance quite poor-online rates higher than at checkout , 25.50 € which is really absurd in 2017-No theming of the Park, are only pools and slides, without a theme, a logic, a anything remotely cute all in all it was a good day but room for improvement are many, you see from afar that is an old Park who lives, having good location between Milan and Turin and very close to the highway but you can improve
Premetto che non ho critiche particolari da fare, anzi una sì e la farò dopo. Non mi sono piaciuti i particolari, il personale ha l'atteggiamento da fine stagione, sembra voler essere da una altra par... more »I state that I have no criticism to make, or rather a Yes and I'll post. I loved the details, the staff has the attitude from the end of the season, seems to be from a different part, understandable but ..., the lockers are with the key and not with more modern and practical magnetic bracelets, all need for minor maintenance. I mean everything nicely but without Excel. We come to criticism: the attractions have height requirements for access, as in other similar facilities, but here signing a liability release form, you will receive a bracelet and, with few exceptions, limitations disappear! I don't understand it and I find it unfair, lying with the 99% of children with bracelets, it becomes complicated to explain to their children that you can't, in my case I eventually caved, continuing to place bans on certain things. The point is: If there are limitations you must enforce and there must be no short cuts.
Settimana di ferragosto con grandi affluenze, le casse aprono solo dall'orario indicato sull'apertura del parco, non un attimo prima. Quindi : l'accesso effettivo al parco avviene con gran ritardo ris... more »Week of August with large turnouts, the chests open only from the time stated on the opening of the Park, not a moment before. Then: the actual access to the Park is done with great lags behind the times. In order to make a deposit portfolio and phone in lockers are asked for a security deposit and the actual cost of the locker is euro 2 ... a theft, whereas in many other places, just put a euro that is returned only upon return of the key! Long waited 45 minutes also slides-.... way too good for adults, but especially for children. Park closes at 19.00 and at 18.10 no longer allow guests to climb and gain access to some attractions, justifying that the queue is already excessively long time to dispose of it is time to close. Personally, for a family that pays 68.00 euro service doesn't measure up! At last: not so clean! Both structures, surrounding environments ... There are also many rude disrespectful ... but I pay a ticket which should also include the cleaning! Although it is a great Park with beautiful sights: the cost does not reflect the services offered.
Amazing water park! Easy to reach and near the motorway. Big parking. Swimming cap not required is a really big benefit. Since my last visit (more than three years ago) the theme park added some attraction and restaurants inside the park but it has lost swimming pool with trampolines. This and the lack of a free swimming pool with lanes are the main defects.
We had an amazing day here. Not crowded at all in the middle of August. Clean and well presented.
Great and very amusing acqua park!!! Many great sloaps, very funny and interesting place! There are few bars and restaurants so you can go there and relax all day long! Recommend!
