Stretch your legs at Monte Faito e Panorama, a mountain covered with beech groves overlooking the Sorrentino peninsula. Several different trails stem from the starting point, and you have your choice of short, light walks or lengthier treks. Head to the Il Gheppio trail for the easiest option, but still remember to wear comfortable shoes and take plenty of water. During your walk, keep an eye out for wildlife and regional flora. You'll likely spot kestrels and buzzards and can challenge yourself by identifying certain plants native only to this area like the carnivorous pinguicula. Put Monte Faito e Panorama on your schedule, and learn what else deserves a visit by using our Vico Equense tour planner.

  • Well what about wind band. such beauty nn can be summed up in a nutshell. though I do xD I went a few days ago. I took the cable car spectacular. We get there there are tables where you can eat, light fires to Cook, you are beautiful in fresco ... There is a view somewhat spectacular, magnificent; For people who get bored of cooking opp carry burdens unnecessary, there are also bars with tables where you can eat, drink coffee, eat ice cream, etc. I'd recommend not so much, tantissimoooo

  • With the cable car of Castellamare di Stabia, it is a nice trip on the Monte Faito. Above, you can snack after 400 m slightly adventurous stairs and on some full elite masts over in a bar with stunning views. At 16:25 we have missed our last cable car - but there is a bus and the hourly directly to Vico Equense (45 minutes-adventurous ride).
