  • We walked past this beautiful little church on our way to the hotel. Mosaics from the 4th century AD and amazing interior architecture.  more »
  • This church is really important in the history of church buildings in Italy and Europe generally. Look it up, and be sure to read the little history inside the church.  more »

  • Important Romanesque church built on early Christian site. Interior very impressive. There is preserved a relic of Valentine's day and on 14 February is traditional pilgrimage: in ancient times, asking for healing from epilepsy (epilepsy); in more recent times, to pay homage to the patron saint of lovers. NB. At 2 km from the bed and breakfast Secret Court-Vicenza.

  • Basilica which dates back to the fourth and fifth centuries; its present appearance is due essentially to the reconstruction of the Romanesque 12th and 20th century restorations. For over a Millennium to the basilica was the largest Benedictine Abbey in the territory of Vicenza. Definitely worth visiting
