  • Vezzano hills, in the province of Reggio Emilia, my family and I had a unusual Sunday at the Park of Matilda di Montalto experiencing outdoor adrenaline activities. Before we paddled in natural pond then tried, with my son's great fun and a little scared by us adults, the flight of 80 meters suspended on Lake Segoletta of acrobatic planes. Open at weekends from March to October from 9 to 19, in the summer during the week. You can have a picnic or dine at the restaurant-very nice-lakeside.

  • Nice Park and family size. We spent a wonderful day with our little girl of two years. We will definitely be back, maybe trying to use the barbecue. Advice for sports not to park in the building, as there is a lot of traipsing, and return, the Hill is quite steep.

  • We can skip the fact that the street to get there is not the best, the most unlikely surprise was that to enter to a natural park entry fee is 5 euros each; I was not the only one surprise ... indeed quite a few people change their mind at the entrance as kids wants just a green field where to play ball, and you can find plenty for free ... anyway i got in just because friends were waiting inside. Going around with the stroller was not an easy game, as pathways are really deep and some parts very bumpy, therefore not relaxing ... The park itself is not bad, what I did not like are too many signs reminding that is not allowed to eat your own food, unless you go into the far corner, away from the nice spots ... Not for me ... I understand the business, but this way is too much use of nature to squeeze any drop of money ... there is plenty of wonderful natural oasis, where the real nature can be enjoyed! will look for next time.
