  • It is not very large but contains a number of exhibits that I personally have been a surprise. Focused on the Villanova culture which shapes and artistic languages that I've never seen in Etruscan/Romans/Greeks, a lot. If historical and artistic themes are of interest not to be missed. The most renowned museums well level.

  • chanced in Verucchio we discovered this small but precious Museum. The collection of materials is very interesting, are well displayed and with explanatory tables. He welcomed a courteous and pleasant guy even at the ticket office who explained the various rooms and gave information about the findings, and the villanovian civilization that once allocated in this area. The ticket also includes a visit to the nearby fortress Malatestiana.Il Museum is in the former convent of Sant'Agostino just outside the medieval walls and you can also visit the beautiful church next door.

  • Set in a charming building and well cared for. Great care with regard to exposure of the exhibits as well as comprehensive and clear. Excellent also the staff care towards visitors. Must for anyone who makes a nice little stroll in Romagna, not only the middle ages with the Malatesta family (in nearby Rock) but also the beginning of Etruscan civilization (the villanovians of course).
