  • Advice not to park in the first paid parking (to enter you have to pass on a narrow bridge) but go on to 200 metres and you will find a free one. Not knowing that we have two cars parked in the paid parking, Nice which was following the sign "parking 5 euros, with euro 3 credits for the bar" are we in two families to breakfast ... Terrible breakfast! Coffee (those found in schools/offices) and "croissants" (are doughnuts and muffins) frozen costs 2.50 each! Obviously hadn't been warned before and so we took, well, terrible. In addition didn't even have milk for the coffee stain. Obviously once asked the discount in their entrance sign, say that promotion is invalid and send a clerk to remove the sign and then put it back after that we checked ... shameful! Avoid!

  • Vertova Valley, is nearby (some kilometres) from Clusone, in the Bergamo valleys. Seems a remote and little-known locations, however when you arrive on site, you realize that it isn't. It is very beautiful and characteristic because there is a very nice trail and agile (can also be done with the stroller) along a stream with waterfalls. Great to spend a day in a cool in nature! Launch also a warning to visitors: DON'T LEAVE TRASH around, TAKE THEM with you and THROW THEM on the FIRST basket. I'd venture to say this because I had to watch a scene of some tourists who left the trash them.

  • RATING: 5 RATING REFUGE: 1 I went here in the last week of July with my boyfriend on a weekday. The place can be reached by car and, having read reviews on lack of parking facilities and good restaurants nearby, at the end of a narrow street (one-way stretches) snuggled into the first parking lot that there had occurred, paying 5 euro for the whole day. With great surprise, heading off down the trail, we discovered a second car park, free of charge. We felt cheated (we hadn't read a second car park under any review). The place is wonderful, to visit in small groups, and responsibly (there are no baskets and not a pool). Not recommend for families with small children because there are several Fords and the water is very cold for swimming. Great for picnics and days in quiet by nature, even with the dogs. The SORE POINT was the HUT: STAY CLEAR rude staff, high prices, no table service. We ordered a rice salad and a sandwich, we were taken JUST PULLED IT OUT of the FRIDGE, from stomach ache, chills and poorly made (6 + 5 euro). The refuge offers a picnic area for a fee (but are we crazy?) but if you are polite and respectful of the environment, you will have no trouble making a picnic on the banks of the River, without giving any money to anyone. Also, if you want to take advantage of public services, there are only of smelly chemical toilets. In short, ask to pay even the air you breathe and offer a service so that nightmare? If we had avoided the shelter the day would have been perfect.
