  • a few kilometers from home, a small Valley closed, transverse to the seriana Valley, formed by the vertova torrent forming waterfalls, stunning coloured small ponds surrounded by nature. Easy tour of about one hour for those not too practical to approach the trekking or just for those who love nature. highly recommended

  • A little slice of heaven in three quarters of an hour from Bergamo. Got to iron bar starts a trail of easy accessibility. The route alternates between uphill and plain sections, but overall it is accessible to everyone. Along the way you'll pass the stream that creates magnificent, water features, waterfalls and crystal clear pools. The main track is the most impressive. The Creek is fed by numerous sources, including valletta is rich. The panorama offers stunning scenery with waterfalls and Cascades, more or less large Brooks, ravines and potholes shaped by power of water (water holes dug into the rock), severe and inaccessible cliffs, rolling hills and green pastures. The trail climbs up to the bivouac head, under the buttresses of Mount Alben. All in a location suitable for anyone, even beginners. The main feature is the microclimate: fresh air currents make for a pleasant climate even during the hottest days of the year. In some places (especially in the stretch of the trail called POZ to CAAI) is really tempting to get in costume and dive into these pools more or less deep. In some places the rock is really close to the trail to seem a real rift. A fantastic and natural ravine, opens over the Horns of Caai, called Val de Grue. After half an hour of easy hike, the trail rises left and, moving away from the trail and the Creek, it becomes a classic mountain path, never too steep. After some ups and downs in the forest, and passes along the bed of the stream where these magically becomes devoid of water, you reach the source areas. Fantastic site, maintained by Vertovesi who do not like the rash groups of those who leave the remains of their presence in nature and collect the flowers that brighten only if allowed to live in their place of birth.
