There is no entrance fee, € 2.50, but is included in the Verona Card, which allows you to visit most of the monuments, museums, historic sites for free or at a lower price and allows you to freely use public transport; cost € 18 valid 24 hours (or 22 euros valid 48 hours) after the first use. Built in Lombard times, but completely rebuilt in 1123, was used for centuries as a baptistery of the Cathedral, inside an octagonal 12th-century baptismal font made of red marble, various capitals in the 8th century and a pillar of the 6th century. The wall frescoes of the 14th and 15th centuries and one detached, placed near to the confessional, depicting a ' deposition '.
