  • I thank Archbishop fasani for letting us be your guide. Occasion of the donation of an ancient manuscript attributable to Petrarch in this library if not desk, studied as before him Dante and the sons of Charlemagne. Savored with all five senses culture and historical and cultural magnificence of the place. Exposed-the incommensurable code Gaius. The veronese Riddle. Parchment signed by Barbarossa. Just to name a few. Gorgeous. Thank you!

  • If you ask for information in Verona, everyone will tell you where is the Arena, Juliet's balcony, her Tomb (false like the above). If you ask where is this wonder of the library will be able to give information. Typical example of underexploited assets both by veronesi and tourists alike. Ascetic and magical atmosphere. The history of the world in a small building, amazing.

  • Yesterday afternoon I joined a proposal that included a guided tour of the Biblioteca Capitolare di Verona. I don't know about the existence, I must say that all participants have raved about for what I have learned and seen. Our Cicero was a Monsignor Bruno Fasani in splendid form, she told us the whole story and showed extraordinary and unique books. Usually in this circumstances we get bored but with its dialectic full of cute cues keeps vigilant and don't want it to stop. The Chapter House is considered the oldest in the world with works and critical material. A reason was put in a Unesco World Heritage site. I think, like myself, many do not know of the existence in verona Verona of that wealth. Of particular interest is the new underlying salt used as a museum. I recommend everyone to schedule a visit you will be satisfied.
