  • Northwest of the Grand Canal is a canal and bridge, a number of very scenic area. Differ in each form of the atmosphere of the canals and bridges, it is very fun. This bridge is one of them, who wander around and takes quickly that it sits between.

  • Bridge in San Polo that see it is identical to many others, but what matters is the history of this bridge: "at the time of the Republic of Venice, the whole area (Carampane) constituted a real red-light" district "in which abounded the brothels and one of these was just above the bridge of" breasts "(trip advisor strangely censorship the original term). Prostitutes, facing the Windows towards the deck below, were use entice passersby by showing her breasts uncovered, from where originates this unique place names. "

  • A bridge over one of the narrow canals of Venice. The Ponte delle Tette has nothing very special, the enchantment is the city as a whole, not just for this bridge.

  • Architecturally speaking it is a bridge as many others around Venice, has nothing special except for its funny history. It is so called because in the past, not far from here, there were a red-light district and a law imposed to the ladies to show off their goods in order to reduce the rate of homosexuality.
  • The Bridge of Breasts. So called because in times gone past prostitutes would sit in the windows of the nearby buildings showing their Breasts to entice the men in !!! Admittedly there's not much to see here but because it is away from the usual tourist hotpots it is quiet and full of local venetians. Their was a nearby school and the children were playing in the courtyard. That was the only time I saw any children on my 4 day trip. It made the place seem more real and a glimpse of normal life in this wonderful city
  • Very quiet bridge, but interesting history behind it
  • An unimpressive bridge with some interesting history around it.
  • The narrow streets are very nice to ride a gondola. In this and all charm of Venice.
