  • I'm not opposed to the modern design. Not everything in Venice has to be old or look old. It's nice to see the contrast between the old and modern design. But it's not my favorite design. I do appreciate the convenience of getting from the train station to be at piazzale Roma.
  • You will get a good view of the traffics and busy waterways. It's fun to stand their and watch around.
  • Definitely go during the day to grab a snapshot, but go again at night to grab a shot of the whole bridge lit up. Don't be afraid to look down - just make sure your valuables are safely tucked in your pocket :)
  • Beautiful bridge, it's got a different design than the Rialto bridge so it's worth a visit if your in the area, great views of the canal
  • Contemporary bridge, packed with all sorts of problems. Slippery glass, differently sized steps and often broken glass sheets. On the other hand it's practical and allows you to reach Venice quickly!
