  • The bridge dei Pugni is neither large nor is wonderful but its history is things that we would do pay attention in any history class. It is where fought rival gangs, the castellani and has even where they had that put feet to start the fight. From 1705 if I remember correctly, not be allowed more fights for the brutality of them. Interesting and recommendable without a doubt

  • After passing through the square Campo San Barnaba, see one of the many bridges that cross the channels and similar to each other. This stands out for the fact that there were two Boí Venetian factions ' Castellani ' and ' Nikolotti '. Before railing on the bridge was not and the challenge of fighters has been reset in the water. The Government did not interfere with the competition until the case had not gone to game. Fighting is banned, but the bridge remained called Kulaks Bridge (Ponte dei Pugni).

  • The bridge "Ponte dei Pugni" is rather unremarkable in appearance, interesting, however, is its history and the footprints as a reminder. Also the direct environment is beautiful, great we found the gondola, which sold fruit and vegetables to the adjacent channel.
