  • a few years ago it was possible to visit this wonderful Palace for free, it was enough to call a week ahead and give his name by specifying the number of visitors and we could get there on Thursday at 14: 00. The tour was very interesting with anecdotes about the Labbia who display their wealth by throwing all their dishes price in the channel at the rear of the Palace at the end of the receptions (even if the gossips said that there are fishing nets at the bottom of the channel they were late at night). "Their motto was:" I (abbia) or not I will always be a Labbia, so a play on words on their surname... and above all we could admire the frescos of Tiepolo at the peak of his art. That of Cleopatra on the first floor left speechless all visitors. I have recent reviews to see if we can still visit it!

  • Labija Palace built in Baroque style between the 17 and 18 centuries. Known cycle of frescoes by Giambattista Tiepolo, dedicated to the history of Antony and Cleopatra. In the history of painting as an example of how they came skill optical effects. Cleopatra's Palace for the viewer merges with real interiors of the Palace.
