Where to stay in Venice

Save money and avoid tourist crowds by booking your accommodation outside the historical center of Venice. Central Venice is full of picturesque canals and narrow lanes, but it is also extremely noisy and hectic throughout the day and late into the night. You can explore the ancient city's charms at your own pace by staying at a comfortable B&B or small hotel located in the city's residential suburbs. To stay close to the finest beaches and restaurants, check into a hotel on the island of Lido, the city's famous seaside resort.

  • No much expensive, tastes, foods interesting in historic contours , to try one time. Close at the station (15 min).  more »
  • This is a very nice kosher restaurant in Venice. The location is good, at the entrance to the Jewish ghetto area and the food is good.  more »

  • Plenty of vegan options. The service by the guys working there was amazing. We ordered some things a bit customized (to make them 100% vegan) and 10 minutes later the food was on the table. The prices are good, the average in Venice. I would go back for sure.
  • Best place to eat in Europe and kosher! dairy bistro around the corner as well. Friendly staff and great dishes.
  • One of the most welcoming restaurants in all of Venice, and the food is so delicious, especially if you're looking for a break from pizza and pasta!
  • Made me wait 20 minutes before even acknowledging me, then told me that wait was an hour. Never offered me the option of taking food to go, but when I suggested it, was out of there in 15 minutes. Worst part was rude wait staff, food was decent.
  • It was a great experience, the food was amazing, and we sat by the water to eat and drink. The service was great, as well. Thank you. Recommend it to everyone.
