A quiet corner in Venice, good for a sit down and people watch when you've been walking around all day
Since March 24 the church of San Lorenzo is reopened to the public as Ocean Space. Launched in the former church of San Lorenzo Ocean Space opens a new front line in ocean thinking to dissolve critical boundaries between the water and the land, and traditional single-disciplinary approaches to both. Ocean Space is a collaborative platform for change to radically reimagine how we see, live and treat the oceans.
A historic place. Lots of tourist.
Amazing exhibition space, an incredible double sided altar and fantastic high ceilings very sensitively restored and back in use.
