  • Built in the mid-18th century by the architect Carlo Corbellini, Chiesa della Salute-style, the Church of St. Jeremiah holds the relics of St. Lucia is an important religious centre in Venice. At the tomb of the Saint Lucia come all who believe that referring to her, you can be cured of eye diseases and should sweats.

  • Having regard to the cultural heritage of the city, it may go unnoticed, but this church has a lot to offer, both for its singular form both for what you can find inside: there are placed the relics of Saint Lucia and you can hear the ticking of a clock of the 1500, in function until World War II.

  • It is a small simple church with a hidden treasure. You can pass it over but if you are near because not know it

  • Beautiful church worth a visit especially to see other parts of Venice other than just San Marco square
  • It is a nice church. Nice architectural structure and great location. Also interesting for the body of Saint Lucy Nevertheless it lacks the special character and the masterpieces that we find in almost any church in Venice
  • Nice turist destianation
  • Another beautiful church in Venice, what is special about this church it has the body of St. Lucy ( patron saint of eyes ) that that is on displayed in a glass sarcophagus, also there is a gift shop at the back of the church.
  • Though it is not well known like St Mark Church, this one is worth to add in any walking tour in Venice.
