  • It is of white marble columns imposing building. It was rarely in the Venetian Church design. Inside is a Museum of da Vinci, could not pay.

  • The Church itself gives way to many other Venetian churches. However, it is worth a visit, because in it models or plans for engineering works of Leonardo da Vinci. I think that most would be loved children (my much more preferred than the Basilica of St. Mark whether the Scuola di San Rocco). Moreover, adults are probably also will be happy to see how they looked ideas genius Leonardo (submarine, bike or ... tank). You can try out some of the inventions of course these civilian:).

  • It is located in the field of the same name, in the Dorsoduro district. It was consecrated in 1350, but its current appearance dates from 1779, the year quit the deep renovation to which it was subjected. It became very famous since it housed the library of the film Indiana Jones and the last crusade. In its interior we can find the picture of the Holy family, of the Veronese. Currently he serves as exhibition space, housing a permanent exhibition on the inventions of Leonardo da Vinci, which can attend every day from 09.30 to 19.30. The price of admission is €8 overall and the reduced € 5.

  • Young girl at the ticket office for the da vinci show in the church definitely has an attitude problem! She was rude to every single customer. In between rude replies she was busy on her iphone. The show itself was ok-ish but very basic... Done in 5 minutes.. hardly worth your time or money. Da vinci deserves better!
  • one of my favourites in venice. great views all around
  • Charming church in the equally tranquil and charming Campo San Barnaba FILLED with hands on AMAZING replicas of Leonardo Da Vinci's machines that have been reproduced from his codices! My son closed the place down...couldn't tear him away. Open 7 days 9:30-19:30. Vaporetto line 1- Ca Rezzonico stop.
  • Great church! This is the church that was used in the filming of the movie Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Where it was supposedly a library with catacombs underneath.
  • Nice spot
