  • Almost let the reviews put me and my partner off as we are a young British couple on our first city break. We were dressed relatively smart, jacket and wearing black jeans and had no issue. Payed 10.....  more »
  • Great Table games for the small area that they have. I believe most people were playing roulette. There was big money flowing around the European roulette tables making it intimidating for a lower.....  more »
  • The casino is worth a visit even it's just to say you've been. You'll need a passport / photo id for entry. It was my birthday on the Saturday evening when we visited, I got free entry and €20 of...  more »

  • The worst casino ever, the building itself is beautiful and full of history, but as soon as you walked in there, start from their security, front desk to the staff at slots machine room, everyone gave you the look like you definitely own them millions dollars, the cashier from upstairs was extremely rude to me when I went there and try to explain the slot machine got stuck, I normally don’t say anything but He kinda yelled and told me to wait without any eye contact at the mean time I saw there were five of them behind the counter, REALLY, So I told him you are being so rude and the other staff were just laughing. Me and my husband stayed in Venice for our honeymoon and we though visiting the oldest casino would be a cool experience but it turned out their rude staff just ruined our day, how wonderful!
  • We walked in in shorts and shirts which wasn't quite following the dress code. The first floor staff was helpful. No one else really talked to us in the slot room. Very clean and beautiful environment. Nice that they had a separate smoking room.
  • We arrived at the property for dinner, not the casino. The gentleman at the desk was polite and helpful. The other two men standing by the stantion and the ticket scanner were short and rude. When we asked where the restaurant was all they said was upstairs while watching something on their cell phone. My wife and I went to the top floor where we were told that we passed the restaurant. There are no signs indicating where the restaurant is located, so we went back down stairs and when we asked again all we got was it's on the 2nd floor by the glass doors. Can definitely say we will never return.
  • We were a bit disappointed. There is an entry fee of EUR10 that can be used in slot machines and this was a great idea to promote visitation for those interested in playing only and not random visitors. The building is really nice and full of history, however you would expect to find the tables full of people and dealers anytime during the day as in most casinos, however, even paying the entry fee, only the automated machines were available and all the traditional gambling tables were closed.
  • It is a very beautiful and elegant casino. It really feels like you're gambling in a James Bond movie. The gambling areas are not that big compared to Las Vegas or Atlantic City, but huge compared to the typical slot machine/video lottery places across Italy. There were the standard slot machines and table games. All the blackjack tables used continuous shuffle machines which some people don't trust/like, so just a heads-up. They will ask for your ID no matter how old you look. A driver's license (even foreign) or passport will do. It was certainly cool and nice looking to walk through but the vibe was very relaxed and calm. Not what I've come to expect from casinos in other places, where people usually holler when they win big or slam the table if they lose. The dress code was more lax than I'd expect on a Saturday night around midnight. It seemed like any collared shirt and some kind of pants would get you in (for men).
