  • We found this wandering through Venice. Amazing art, not crowded the perfect little break while wandering.
  • The Basilica is away from the crowded tourist areas and is worth the extra trip to see. The art is exceptional and is inspiring.
  • We spent a long time looking at this beautiful Basilica. I absolutely loved it. There were no crowds and plenty to see. I highly recommend it.

  • This place is incredibly gorgeous in and out. Definitely worth a 3 euro entrance fee. Must be seen!
  • This is our favorite church in the world. The sculptures are incomparable to any others. It's not easy to find but well worth the adventure of finding and expiring.
  • A beautiful and majestic building with fantastic works of art, amongst which are two outstanding paintings of Tiziano. A Basilica definitely worth visiting, that I am especially bond to, considering it is where my parents got married.
  • Wonderful art, sculpture, altars, painting by Bellini etc. Massive sculpture dedicated to Titian done in mid-1800s on right side near entrance. Definitely worth the 3 euros and taking half an hour. The back of the basilica is across a tiny plaza from Scuola Grande di San Rocco.
  • A hidden gem of Venice - a nominal fee to enter the church. Contains amazing art in situ so you can really appreciate the experience. Be sure to download Rick Steves' free MP3 audio tour on the Basilica. It provides the perfect context and situates this place in history and art.
