  • Other work beautiful Bernini's, very theatrical, with marble of various colours. It is very impressing the part below where is the skull with the hourglass in hand, gives much to interpret. Because it is located opposite a large entrance light, afternoon in summer, the sun illuminates precious sculpture, highlighting the Golden and especially the clock. I wish I can see it at that time, where it stands in all its glory.

  • Funerary monument for Pope Alejandro VII, the work of Bernini. Italian Baroque. Sculpture of the Pope on a pedestal blessing, with a sarcophagus behind, below there are other sculptures. The set is impressive and beautiful.

  • It is true that it is a rather peculiar sculpture due to the skeleton that holds an hourglass, but this part of St. Peter's Basilica attracts attention! to see!
