  • After 1 km of white road begins the climb to 2.3 km long steps and vertical drop of 700 meters. With other 600 meters you come into town to Rock where we find the bars and shops. Should be trained to do climb to not spoil the pleasure of the path through the Woods. Descent to do it carefully and if you are wearing boots is best for you to lay on the edges of the steps. Uphill and downhill I employed the same time pausing to look at points. Take to drink, to eat and change, especially in the fall. With the snow I see a little hard but with sticks and calm you can do.

  • We did the journey in pairs I and a friend of mine after the initial 30 minutes where the stress he felt heavily we spun smooth until the finish. The stairs are very steep in some places, but still feasible. The path is well marked and there is no risk of getting lost because there is no field for mobile phone. Attention to go after the rain because, as always in the mountains, rocks, wet leaves and MOSS is not the best for balance. We went on a Thursday morning and did not find any, we enjoyed the quietness of the site. Only downside at the beginning of the stairs and in the end, not to mention all the dirty handkerchiefs along the way, there is pretty much a garbage Museum. Only water fountain at the foot of the stairs. All in all a positive experience.

  • Landscape, nature, fresh air ... we made round trip! There are no outlets in the path. To do between June and September and avoiding days post rain as most of the route is in the shade! Great hike even for those who have children but leave the stroller ... Maybe with Backpack brings kids if tiny .... I also made at the age of 4 years and were 2 families with 2 girls each! Advice!
