  • A splendid place. A charming architectural and historical aspects. Have not been adequately evaluated for lack of local initiatives.

  • ... that recalls the warm afternoons spent with the family to make the classic picnic inside the pratone. Nice property, the Abbey dominates as a great mom! Cute shop inside to enjoy the classic liquor or candy. Nice!

The town does not offer much, we are among the Woods, but the structure of the Church is interesting, worth spending even for the peace and quiet, especially in winter, especially if the snow is falling. • Beautiful complex recently restored. Shame about the lack of turnout is the Abbey that the Botanical Garden. You can also make the path of shrines and a stop at the pharmacy with the products of the friars.

  • I recently visited the Abbey of Vallombrosa is a Renaissance monastery surrounded by a large forest. The monks under the rule of Saint Benedict alternate liturgical prayer, nicely landscaped, the job crafting products including tasty herbal teas. Eighteenth-century organ notes resonate every Saturday afternoon and Sunday concerts in summer will benefit in the monastic liturgy. Guided by monks at the great Abbey not only allow you to enjoy the works of art but they do enter into the spirit of the Benedictine vallumbrosian congregation. Balkos
