A sacred place where in silence you meditate the death of many young Italian soldiers!! The whole through a ladder you can climb up to the top of the Tower of the ossuary!! Near there is the Museum, yet we are not able to visit because it was closing!

The osario is a place out of time. The panorama is undoubtedly impressive and magical. The building can be scary (ossaire... except so well prepared, my 7 year old daughter likes going there since I explained the history of the place). Do not miss the ascent in the small chapel. Chills guaranteed. The little bar next door is welcoming. The interesting Museum for anyone interested in history.

Look for a bit of refreshment, hot this summer, is a must! Why, then, not to visit the Shrine of Mount Pasubio: a monument erected and inaugurated in 1926 shortly after the events of the great war which, this year, we are celebrating the Centenary. Surely you will be amazed by its location, is overlooking the Val Leogra, 1262 meters. The visit should be done dutiful silence, honoring the approximately 5,500 fallen soldiers. Be sure to visit the Museum, on the square. You will find the entire history and numerous remnants of conflict. A cognitive path of great emotional impact. If you wish to complete your day, immersing yourself in nature, continue until reaching Campo Large and take, passing under the massif of Carega, a dirt road that leads up to easy Obra, in Trentino. You will walk in the midst of beautiful beech woods with breathtaking views of Riyadh. Don't forget to taste the famous "Sopressa del Pasubio". Gilberto Padovan

  • Filled with the bones (which you can see & touch) of 5000 mostly kids who died, were killed 100 years ago on the mountain above, extremely well maintained. It was built less than 10 years after the end of the war. It helps put our whiny little problems in perspective.
  • Wonderful place I've been on March 30, 2017 between 10 and 13 with coworkers and I met a person beautiful both in and out of pity I couldn't ask him the phone number I just know that you'd like to meet him in valdagno to tell him that someone special .... made me cross the iron bridge I held her hand until the end thanks ... If you read this message please know you're special
