Enjoy lush natural surroundings at Parco Giardino Sigurtà, an oasis of green covering over 60 hectares (150 acres). This sprawling park offers a number of attractions for young and old, including scenic gardens for adults, and an educational farm designed for young children. Though the site was originally created in the 17th century, it was only opened to the general public in 1978. The manicured gardens include numerous beds of tulips, irises, roses, lilies, and asters. An award-winning maze, horizontal sundial, 18 ornamental ponds and lakes, and a huge herb garden are just a few of the attractions here. You can discover the site on foot, by scenic train or shuttle bus, or in a comfortable golf cart, which includes a GPS and an informative audio guide. Tickets can be purchased and bicycles rented at the entrance into the site. • The Park is beautiful, very large, perfectly groomed and clean. Admission is € 12, and there is the possibility to enter on foot or bicycle, rent a golf cart a bicycle (€ 3 per hour) or a guided tour on the shuttle bus or the train. The Park is very large and some parts are uphill, but either on foot or by bike is not too strenuous. In a two-hour bike ride we saw everything, but advice to take it easy and explore all the paths and views. Dogs are not allowed and you can't picnic on the lawn, but there are special areas. Definitely the park looks and a different charm in any season, depending on the blooms. In spring must be spectacular, but also in September did not disappoint at all and there are animals: deer, goats, carp, turtles ... To be reviewed during the other seasons of the year!

  • This beautiful park is worth a visit in spring, when all the flowers bloom, but also in the fall, where you can see different types of shades in the leaves of trees and plants and completely different colors than the spring. I encourage you to visit it on foot, as we did, so you can also discover hidden paths. The only downside is that you can't go with their dog, so better inform yourself and read the website of Park regulation before leaving, as we did.

  • Arrived from parma by car the road is very comfortable. The park entrance fee is 12 euros (kinda altino if travelling in family) If you want to take the cart it costs 16 euros per hour. Internal care Park is manic. Everything is clean and well exploited, intense scents that are heard in the area. Ponds with koi and turtles (unfortunately not native species but trachemys more resistant to winter cold). You could increase the contact with animals in the farm area. for the rest I would absolutely recommend a visit.

  • One of the biggest and most beautiful gardens I ever seen, you can do the road by foot or to rent a golf car paying €8 per hour, there are a couple of caffetteria where you can stop to drink something. It is a perfect place to have a relaxing family or couple day.
  • Great great and great park to see by walking or bicycle or rent a golf cart. It.s need minimum 3-4 hours. For all family from 2 years to 10000 years It's close at 7:00 pm
  • Beautiful garden. After some hours of walking the park i rented one of the golf-carts to have a final go all around the park. Great fun.
  • Probably one of the worst gardens I've been to. The golf carts are annoying and have you dodging off the path on a regular interval. The plants are not terribly exciting and many have seen better days.
  • A wonderful park. Very well maintained. Tons to see and do
