  • We were in Poggio Ferro and taking advantage of a free shuttle bus we reached the castle of Oramala nearby. Just arrived we were greeted by our guide who explained the history of the castle in a timely and thorough manner, an hour of visit and stories, very good, of course, the furniture and the objects inside have nothing to do with its history but being private castle the owner has what you want. I would certainly recommend the visit is for the Guide's explanations that the view from the highest point and charm to take the narrow stairs to get there, if you love the genre should not miss.

  • Recommend to visit absolutely with a guide like we did. It is very interesting for the history of the area fairly well maintained. Is private therefore before going is better call for your appointment with the Guide. From here you also get a magnificent view.

  • Absolutely to be avoided, a fortress converted into a summer residence of the owners with a room that you can't visit, with furnishings and accessories that are not part of the history of the Castle. Everything in bulk without a logical sense, the rooms are no longer what they used to be, so a reproduction. When we went they couldn't visit the prisons because occupied by musicians, but it seems normal? 6 euro waste in addition to time put to get there.

  • Excellent views
  • Quoting Fantozzi "crazy crap!". a castle converted into a summer residence and now returned the castle to get money. The premises are not the originals, there is all sorts of furniture and furnishings that have nothing to do whatsoever with the history of the castle with the contemporary life in the castle itself. All helter-skelter, haphazardly. during the visit, we did not even have seen the prisons because there were no musicians to change for the evening show. Definitely avoid! A real shame ...
