  • After a visit to the Museum and the castle of Udine on a beautiful autumn day we decided to stop for a drink at the bar/restaurant in the Sun. We asked where to sit and order, but right away we understand that was not a stop. The waitress responded badly that we could sit, then disappeared. We had to call her to make us take orders, which have not been written or recorded in memory or as some of us were without drink for a long time, until we again "disturbed" the waitress. The spritz were good but expensive by the standards of the town, and the service decidedly unsuited to the wonderful location it occupies.

  • A nice and cosy place, not only but also a stop for the palate. All very good and treated during this working dinner. from appetizer to dessert, I couldn't tell what it was less good. The food is well prepared with great quality products. The risotto is to be recommended.

  • We had lunch on the fly with a first and sliced. The place is cute, comfortable when coming out of the visit to the Castle. Good dishes and also contains the prices. Short but positive experience.

  • Enjoyable lunch in a lovely setting. I sat outside and ate penne pasta with tomatoes and basil, with a glass red wine, a small bottle of water, and bread. The wait staff did not speak English but it wasn't an issue. The small menu (Italian) is written in a chalk board set on an easel near the door.
  • Our visit in this location was the worst gastronomic thing that ever happened to me in Italy! It wasnt the food - the food was good (when we at last managed to get some!) but I think the staff in this place should be fired immediatly! I dont know if the staff in this location was tired, stressed or simply very unhappy. But if your profession is to serve guests you have to be at least polite. Not unfriendly, without the tiniest knowledge of other languages than Italian (not some words of English or German!! ), acting like a teacher who has to educate stupid children! We had to wait for a very very long time, the waiter came, didnt understand, dissappiered, come back angry like a bull, rolling his eyes! It was very very unpleasant!! If guests are not welcome in this location: Please, tell them when they arrive so they have a chance to go to a plave where they are treated like guests!!
  • 4 euro a spritz but guys there and an employee who is watering the lawn in full dress! :)
