  • Beautiful setting, interesting architecturally, it is also possible to visit part of the Manor House with the tempera murals of Afro and Mirko Basaldella and Corrado Cagli. Nice collection, some works of landscape on the ground floor are very impressive. A few pieces of famous artists like Picasso are exhibited on the top floor. I personally do not appreciate or understand their Basaldella sculpture, but it is interesting nonetheless. Unfortunately the masks aren't quite as zealous in order for visitors to not use flash while you make photos or make visitor voice is adequate to the agent (we're not in the bar, but in an art gallery). Honest price.

  • Permanent et temporary collections of modern art are offered in this really modern museum in an old palace of the town
  • Museum that frankly I didn't know and I was amazed as well as configuration and as exhibits. Bella the story of brothers Basaldella. Price of admission more than honest

  • Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Developed on two floors. The second I couldn't visit due to lack of time. During this period until February 2016 on the ground floor you can visit the exhibition sula Friuli and international photographer Tina Modotti, which I highly recommend to anyone who is reading this review. The only drawback to Casa Carmelo IMHO is a bit limited hours: closing at 17. Located in the heart of Udine and architecture, modern and essential, is already in itself a reason to enter. The fact that good interior space is also used for other cultural activities: concerts, lectures etc..

  • Unsuited to a museum. The Museum must be functional to the works not the other way around.
