  • Walk along and inside the bed of a river. Fun, interesting, enjoyable. Unfortunately, despite being outdoors, spaces for walking are often tight and if someone going slow is tough. For the rest nice experience, walking in the shade of the trees, jumping from one stone to another. Recommend something to dry or a return from leave in the car, whereas back wet.

  • Definitely an experience to do path that winds along the river bed and "overwhelmed" in some places the walls of rock! Round trip is about 9 km and doing calmly, stopping to take photos etc, in 4 hours you are out! Required of hiking shoes and maybe a backpack with waterproof/long-sleeved shirt (we didn't need, but depends on the perception of cold). Do not recommend instead trekking poles, the stones along the River are sometimes very very slippery, and in the last part you must enlist the help of the Court, then hands-free and well balanced! Feasible to everyone (I have also seen many children!) even without a guide! Nominal cost to enter the Reserve of two euros.

  • The experience is very distinctive. It is not difficult, it is almost entirely flat. Very picturesque landscape. At various points you must plunge nearly to the waist, but not a big deal to continue even when wet. In mid-September found an ideal temperature with shorts and a sweatshirt. The trekking poles can be used, obviously in some spots use both hands, so you have to have a place to store them. Hiking boots are required, although many people had only sneakers. In some places it slips a lot, you need to be careful. The path calmly takes 2 hours round 2 hours return. You do not need to do the guided tour since we just pay a small entrance fee to the Park Ranger and the path is straight and obligatory, then could be lost. Got to the pool going back. Beautiful experience.
