  • A place so important no one understands, come from all over the world to visit and is closed. Hallucinating. Not a sign with some indication of hours or more. 80 km trip to find an administration that strafrega tourists and that deadens a whole country. Even the coffee we take from these crude. So much beauty and history in the hands of these people. Yuck!

  • Saint Peter's Basilica rises on a hill the site of the Etruscan Acropolis of Tuscania. It was donated by Charlemagne to Pope Adrian I in the eighth century. architecturally is Union early Christian Romanesque shapes. Here you can feel the history.

  • Passing through the countryside I came across one of the most beautiful Romanesque churches I've visited: St Peter's Basilica. This stands on a grassy hill opposite the old town of Tuscania. The Visual impact is, to say the least, excited about the location and structure, it seems to go back in time and see the place inhabited by Knights and ladies. Truly this is a beautiful property, well kept and really enjoyed by the tourist. By conraltare however there are the little care of the access road, the opening rather "uncertain", the lack of guides, etc. still worth a trip!

  • One of the attractions of Romanesque art among the most beautiful in Italy. It is striking that both entrusted to volunteers, while extremely available to respond. Deserves a better opportunity to visit. Not to be missed.

  • This church is permeated by a mystical aura that takes you back in time. Will Be exposed to external paresti, internal walls painted superbly, underground crypt ... everything exudes history! A must if you are in the area!

  • Is a wonderful Romanesque church which still retains its original charm. Beautiful crypt and wonderful cosmatesque style floor. Not to be missed

  • Church of particular beauty, although the frescoes have been almost totally lost. After the earthquake of 1971 the Church was rebuilt and is accessible throughout.
