  • We arrived at 14.15 who were leaving 6 people, I had two tickets with groupon and instead of making us go up there said it was too windy and it was going to rain so why the gentlemen started 2 minutes later, when dropped after twenty minutes, it was not known if maybe after half an hour would fly .... There was wind, being tourists we planned this experience by making a trip to Turin After three hours I don't think ritornereno on purpose to see if it's the right day. (at 14 I watched it on purpose on the website to see if it was open or closed, it was opened ... and the wind there was as it wasn't raining).

  • After 229 years a hot air balloon is back at the Balôn of Torino.Il first flight documented in Turin and the second in Italy took place on 11 November 1783, when the balloon by three members of the Academy of science in Turin, Roberto De Lemanon, Carlo Antonio Giuseppe Galeani Napione-Cocconato and Amedeo Court of Bonvicino, rise up from a clearing between the houses of the Borgo Dora. Predictably, the experiment was a vivid impression in the subalpine capital's population. For the people of Turin, from the day of the event memorable, that area of the city is simply called the "Balôn". Later, this name has been identified with an active flea market which takes place right in the place of the historic climb. The balloon that recreates the experience of 229 years ago is a balloon curbed the world's largest and is called Turin Eye and located in piazza Borgo Dora, dedicated to the memory of Cardinal Michele Pellegrino. And so today I wanted to see my Turin in another perspective and I went to the Balôn to try, the view? Spectacular medium visibility reaches 20 km away from the old station of Torino Ceres to the basilica of Superga via Duomo and the Mole, but in a clear day you can see the Alps. In the twenty-minute panoramic view of which you can enjoy climbing on the Turin Eye, you can admire the beauty of the city from a unique perspective, it is certainly one of the strangest sights that we can do in the city of Turin, for whom, of course, does not suffer from Vertigo.

  • Last Sunday there was a beautiful clear day ... I had purchased 4 tickets months ago with a little off ... so I took advantage of it with my family. Exciting. You have to be fortunate not to make too much tail ... still nice Turin from up there!

  • Beautiful, you just have to have some luck to guess the right climate: bright but without wind. Really worth!

  • A great experience, the balloon rises to 150m and looks around Turin. Those who take it are very professional, safety first
