  • Thanks to the brilliant teacher of letters to my daughter (in the Italian public school there are still the best!) Last night I attended the visit to the Newsroom and the museo de la stampa, which ended with a visit to the stamperia di via Giordano Bruno, where we have seen the birth of the newspaper today, which we have been honored by our guide, Andrea, young and addictive sports writer. Adrea guided us in the Newsroom, and told the editorial decisions that led "printing to its current location in via Lugaro, explained how every night was born the newspaper, how journalists work in synergy. The Museum pointed out the history of this newspaper but at the same time the story of how public opinion has evolved over time, and why today the news you give in a way quite different from the past. The visit to the printing house was exciting, because seeing the paper bobinoni turn into a few minutes packages ordered packaged ready to ship makes you realize how technology has really changed our horizons! It is a visit that I recommend to everyone what they love to read and write, and who like me at least once dreamed to be journalists (and if they did they are certainly better than me)! A special mention deserves Andrea, guide prepared and brilliant, and VERY YOUNG, which hope to be able to continue to successfully make the job who dreams.

  • The press allows for students to visit both drafting (morning and evening) and the settlement (of course) where the newspaper is produced. It is accompanied by a thoughtful and patient guide. You visit the Newsroom with its modern open plan arrangement of circular tables in rings around the table of the meetings and the Museum where you can reconstruct in addition to the history of the newspaper, even the evolution of the tools used to disseminate information and those to print the newspaper. Also there are letters of famous people who have worked with La Stampa as Kissinger and Gorbachev for example. It's really interesting, including the part in the production hall.

  • Given the reputation of the Italian press, perhaps one should read the publicity leaflets for this attraction with a pinch of salt, but I walked quite a distance out of town to see an exhibition which...  more »

  • The first part of the visit not bad although a bit long. After we moved to the Rotary experience below expectations. Also the area where impossible to park and night and having them a parking in silos definitely not full they could provide a pass. Even the grumpy staff at the entrance. Had to be maybe some more interactive and engaging

  • Small but very interesting Museum, with multimedia and interactive elements to understand how it works. The guided tour is structured very well and also allows the visit of the editorial staff of the newspaper and, in the evening, also of typography from which it comes up with the newspaper just printed. Highly recommended!
