  • We summarize briefly the "exhibition" Van Gogh Alive in Rome: a video in HD screened at 360° in a totally not suitable for the purpose. Subsequently another room that looks the exact same thing (this time in a more suitable room). The video is a montage of images and quotes of van gogh that I assembled it myself in a couple of days of leisure. All the modest sum of 15 euros ... A THEFT. Further negative remark: a myriad of children allowed to be annoying during projection to disturb the minimum "sensory experience" that I want to be the strong point of the "show". In conclusion a gimmick of poor quality.

  • I'm back in beautiful Rome specifically for this exhibition, as Vincent Van Gogh is my favorite artist ever. I was lucky enough to see much of his pictures around the world and I didn't want to totally miss an experience like this, I always felt being acclaimed both abroad and in Italy (Turin and Florence), but I've never been able to go look for commitments. I came with great expectations, I had purchased the ticket on ticketone (which I avoided the long line at the entrance), but then I was deeply DISAPPOINTED! First of all the disorganization: both at the entrance (where there was no one to give you information and the row was unique, so people who had already bought tickets had to push and shove to enter), both within the exposure (where there was not a soul to keep a minimum of order and silence for those wishing to enjoy the view). Countless families had brought very young children, who ran left and cackling and disturbing those who wanted to follow the direction of the show. I believe, as expressed already in previous reviews, it would be appropriate to put a minimum age for entry: also because I don't think children of 5 years to understand what is being projected and didn't even know who the man appearing in the panels. Finally, but no less important, the biggest disappointment was absolute for projection: power point a boy seemed a middle school, with a quality pictures embarrassing and some music that there came nothing. The ticket price seemed a little high but still acceptable for what the show was meant to be. To posterity, I can definitely say that the TICKET is not worth your money. Council to take advantage of a future show to go see her.

  • I was very disappointed by the view I saw in Rome because it extremely poor. No excuse at all a 15 euro! A single room where is projected "a movie", in my opinion also thought well and with beautiful music, but really "ALIVE" there was nothing! Among the top to see this show we were sitting on the floor between people talking loudly and kids running around as if they were at the park for which Outland! Very nice instead the reconstruction of Van Gogh's room ... I would expect other rooms so engaged. Also long line to incompetence of staff among other things not deigned even to control us. If you want to throw 15 euro do something better!
