  • The interesting architecture of the University. Nevračnyj entrance to the large spacious yard. Funny sculpture. Great opportunity for non-trivial photos.

  • Imposing 18th-century mansion built by Victor Amadeus II of Sardinia and designed by the Ducal architect Garone, who also designed, among others, Palazzo Asinari di San Marzano, also in Turin, and renovated the Palace of Venaria and the castle of Rivoli. Architecturally the most interesting items are definitely the entrance portal, neoclassical dating from the mid eighteen hundred and the spacious inner courtyard featuring a double loggia. The two arcades are decorated by statues, in neoclassical style, and Memorial plaques that allow you to discover how many famous people have passed in this place. But the whole complex oozes of grandeur and austerity. The courtyard is currently home to an opera ("the landing" from Velasco Vitali), part of the exhibition "Art in the courts".
