  • We often go to the arcades of via Po and look at the courtyard of the building of the University of Torino at number 17. Usually it happens on weekends and the gates are closed. For the occasion of a temporary exhibition about asbestos can be visited not only the courtyard but also the library. The exhibition is interesting as well as the architecture of the building with its wide staircases. Worth the visit.

  • If you happen to go in Via Po, enter this beautiful Palace of 1700, home to the University of Turin. The highlight is definitely the courtyard with a double loggia. Recommended on a sunny day or spring for the yellow and white of the building shine. In the courtyard there are some contemporary art installations, as "the landing", very well placed in this context. Along the gallery you will find many busts or statues of famous people linked in some way to the University, the grave which is located upstairs in the first Rector of the University (but to verify, I can't remember)

  • In via Po palazzo designed by Michelangelo in 700 Garave. Beautiful courtyard and portico. At present (January 2017) it is possible to visit the exhibition free of charge "in the best interests of science and the nation".
