Over time I returned several times to visit this Museum and now we are back with my son 6 years. He also in his way has been fascinated by the story of the siege told with the usual passion and with the help of explanatory models and period materials. the peak you reach down in the tunnels beneath the city living in practice the theory lesson and explanation had earlier. beautiful and worth visiting.

Greeted by Mr Leonardo, enthusiastic guide who knows involve bystanders even with jokes about historical characters and events. In two rooms there are two large plastic models that highlight the Turin early ' 700 with the disposition of French deployments and Turin. Then you descend into the tunnels and you can see the point where the hero Micca gave his life for The cost of the visit and quite content: 3 euros per adult and 2 euro reduced up to 12 years (also all college students, with the University's card)

  • This is an excellent military history detailing a specific period of Turin's history. The information is presented very well with lots of models, maps, imagery and art to guide non-Italian visitors. The audio guide (available with the 3e entry!) Is very clear and goes into detail about every part of the exhibit. Visitors will get to enter the preserved siege tunnels of the famous battle. A very unique experience! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and just added to the great experience. I rexommend this place if you spend any time in Turin!
  • Absolutely fascinating place! One of Italy's hidden gems - as the only English speaking person there, I was lucky to have a private tour, giving an amazing insight into Turin's history.
  • I suggest this museum for everybody coming in Turin. I visit it twice and every time there was a guide explaining very well the historical background of the assault of the French soldiers to Turin. The pietro micca episode is the gate to history of Turin and Europe, military engineering and strategy, visiting the old underground galleries used for the defence of the city. Not suggested for claustrophobic people. It is possible to visit the museum with actors dressed as 1700 soldiers and civilians
  • This an excellent museum that describes a fascinating part of the city's history. Walking through the old tunnels is really fun.
