  • Right front off the original cloth is not shown, but only a replica. To start looking at a film can, by explaining the cloth. Then, there is another Museum, where a lot is explained. It is well informed. If you do believe in the authenticity, not once...

  • Museum traditionally housing the Holy Shroud of Christ. Shroud was however kept at the Cathedral that day but museum was interesting with a video of the history of the Shroud and many related art objects.
  • Worth a thorough visit, spiritual
  • Informative with little bias
  • I visited summer of 2014. We stayed at Le Petit Hotel (approx.50 Euro Hotel including breakfast) just an easy walk from the main train station in Turin (Torino) and easy walk to the Museum. The Museum "tour" is done by a headset in your language as you walk through at your own pace. The life size hologram of the crucified Man in the image is by itself worth visiting this museum. The museum was only a few Euros for admission and yes the workers were very kind. If you can read up on the observed scientific evidence about the Shroud Fabric and the Image before your visit you will have the most appreciation. Documented scientific observations of the shroud and its image are mostly consistent with scriptures of the abuse, crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Messiah Christ. I highly recommend the visit.
