That said, pay attention to the goalkeeper who cycles in the aisles to hunting with cameras. He need a badge to photograph the graves. Nevertheless it is a very nice cemetery, an impressive surface. Clearly not to be missed!

Renamed high artistic value due to the monumental sculptures within it, this cemetery can be considered in all respects a museum. There are many famous people who have charted the Italian history and culture who rest in this cemetery. Just to name a few, Massimo d'Azeglio, Silvio Pellico, Primo Levi, Edmondo De Amicis, Galileo Ferraris, Rita Levi Montalcini, Cesare Lombroso, Francesco Tamagno, Erminio Macario, Fred Buscaglione and the squadron of the invincible of the Grande Torino. The walk through the tree-lined streets and arcades to admire these beautiful funerary architecture is really quite impressive but should be done keeping in mind the place where we are therefore maintaining a certain demeanor and respect the silence and the sacredness of the place. However, it is advisable to carry out the first visit accompanied by an experienced guide because the size of the cemetery combined with the lack of directions, lose a little guidance. Despite its considerable extension, the cemetery is all told held discreetly in order though some improvements especially in structural terms, should be carried out, specifically, making the path free of architectural barriers that currently limit access to people with disabilities. All in all I consider it a remarkable example of funerary art that I encourage everyone to see.
